Who we are

Hey there! We're Simona Tonali and Paolo Aloe, the proud owners of Siam Viaggi Tour Operator.

Since 2013, our mission has been to create personalized travel programs and itineraries that give our clients exclusive and truly fulfilling experiences, tailored to their individual needs and expectations.

But let's be honest, it wasn't always like this. When we first started out, we were just your average travel agency based in Lecco, offering all kinds of tourist destinations around the world.

We used to provide standard package deals and pre-packaged tourist stays from big tourism companies, catering to anyone and everyone who showed interest. However, it didn't take long for us to realize that this approach didn't align with our vision of satisfaction, both for ourselves and our clients.

We wanted more professionally. Being involved in everything didn't allow us to deliver real value to people or make the most of our firsthand knowledge and experiences in the places we visited as passionate travelers, even before we became tourism industry professionals.

So, we decided to close down the traditional travel agency for good and open a Tour Operator office with the goal of designing and building trips from scratch, focusing on specific areas of the world. That's how our first brand, Travel Australia (now Travel Oceania), came to life.

We wanted more on a professional level. We realized that just dabbling in everything didn't allow us to bring real value to people or fully leverage our firsthand knowledge and experiences in the territories we explored as passionate travelers, even before we became tourism industry professionals.

So, we made the decision to permanently close down our traditional travel agency and open an office as a Tour Operator with the aim of creating and building trips from scratch, focusing solely on specific areas of the world. That's how our first brand, Travel Australia (now Travel Oceania), came to be.

You might find it strange, but that's exactly why we're called Siam(o) Viaggi. For us, creating a trip is like embarking on the journey with the client. We identify and get excited together as if it were our first time.

This brings us joy and immense satisfaction, but what does it mean for you? It means that we don't need to flip through brochures or pre-packaged tour programs prepared by others. We have no limits or restrictions imposed by suppliers. We are completely independent, allowing us to design your trip like an original mosaic.
